Arunachala Yoga Nilayam invites you to join us for ten days of practice, study and shared experience in India.
The retreat takes place from January 31 to February 10, 2027, at Rushikulam Yellapur, a traditional Vedic center dedicated to Sanskrit studies, mantra chanting and ancient rituals.
During our time together we will follow a daily rhythm of Mysore-style Ashtanga practice, mantra meditation, philosophy, satsang and traditional ceremonies, while immersed in the atmosphere of rural India.
