Govinda Kai will be returning to Europe to lead a three week retreat in Hungary. The retreats main theme will be re-connection with our deeper selves. During our daily routine and so called everyday life this essential connection can move to the background of our experience and stay out of our sight. In this retreat we would like to reverse this process and bring back to focus onto our core essence that is beyond our material lives. This connection with our deeper selves is so important yet often so easily missed or forgotten. During the retreat we will reconnect and also see how we can make this connection stronger. To aid this process we will be using various practices and techniques that will include: yoga, meditation, satsang, mantra chanting and kirtan.…
