Dive into the heart and soul of Yoga under the guidance of the most authentic teachers for 10 days. Every detail of the retreat is designed for us to be able to gain profound experiences in the field of Self-exploration. Daily mantra meditation, ashtanga vinyasa asana practice, pooja and Fire Rituals, Satsang, philosophy and ayurvedic teachings will be provided for all levels. During the 10 days, we will take two all-day long trips to spiritual places nearby.
About the location:
The center that hosts us is called Sanatana Yellapur, a brand new venue for Vedic studies, Sanskrit, mantra chanting and poojas (antient ceremonies). It is located in Yellapur, south-east part of India.
